Stephen Mounsey

Dr. Stephen Mounsey is a dermatologist working in London. He was born and raised in Cumbria, England, and his passion for medicine led him to pursue his medical degree at King's College, London, where he was awarded a distinction. After completing his medical degree, Dr. Mounsey undertook his medical training at some of the UK's leading hospitals, including Guys and St Thomas' Hospitals and University College London Hospital. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for dermatology, which prompted him to pursue further training in this field. Dr. Mounsey went on to complete his dermatology training at the prestigious St. John's Institute of Dermatology, where he gained extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of skin conditions. He has a special interest in medical dermatology, and he is passionate about providing the highest quality care to his patients. Throughout his career, Dr. Mounsey has published numerous articles in international journals, and has also presented his research at international conferences, sharing his expertise with colleagues from around the world. Dr. Mounsey's previous training as a pharmacist, in which he earned a first-class degree from Cardiff University, has given him a unique perspective on the treatment of skin conditions. He believes in the importance of educating his patients about their skin conditions, and he takes the time to explain treatment options in a way that is easy to understand. Dr. Mounsey is registered with the General Medical Council, the Royal College of Physicians and is a member of the British Association of Dermatologists and British Society of Medical Dermatology.
